My Profile
Overview
Your My Profile page is the central hub for managing your personal information and account security. From this screen, you can keep your identity up to date and ensure your account remains protected.
On this page, you can:
Update Your Profile: Personalize your account by uploading an Avatar and updating your Display Name.
Manage Credentials: Securely Change your Email address or Update your Password.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Add an extra layer of security by linking your Phone Number for 2FA verification.
Monitor Active Sessions: Track and manage your active logins to maintain full control over your account access.
Understanding User Sessions
The User Sessions section provides real-time visibility into every device currently logged into your Wondaris account. This is a critical security feature that helps you prevent unauthorized access.
Access to view and manage User Sessions is permission-based. If you cannot see this section, please contact your implementation partner or support@wondaris.com to request the necessary permissions.
Each listed session includes:
Device & Browser: Identify which hardware and software are being used (e.g., Chrome on MacBook Pro).
Location: See the approximate geographic location of the login.
Session Management: You have the power to deactivate individual sessions or log out of all other sessions instantly with a single click.
