We're excited to announce a significant update to the Wondaris Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP)! This release introduces powerful new features, particularly for users leveraging the 'On Your Data' (OYD) mode, along with numerous improvements and stability fixes to enhance your experience across the Explore and Centralise platforms. Our focus remains on helping you effortlessly connect, enrich, and activate your customer data.

This release brings new capabilities to enrich your customer profiles and improve the efficiency of building precise audiences.

  • Advanced Customer Prediction Models for OYD (Snowflake)

    • Predict Churn: You can now utilise our Predicted to Churn machine learning model directly on your Snowflake data warehouse when running Wondaris in OYD mode. This allows you to proactively identify customers at risk of leaving, enabling timely, targeted retention campaigns.

  • Smarter Audience Building with AI

    • We've significantly enhanced the Audience Builder's Large Language Model (LLM) functionality, making it easier and more intuitive to define complex audience criteria using natural language prompts.

      • Support for Categorical Values: Now you can create audience filters based on categorical values (like 'Gender = Male' or 'Product = Shirts') simply by describing them in your prompt.

      • Support for Aggregation: Define audiences using aggregation (e.g., 'customers who have made more than 5 purchases') directly through a prompt.


🔧 Fixes and Improvements

 

We’ve made several enhancements to the user experience (UX) and overall stability, particularly around data management and the new data model features.
