Release - July 22nd 2025

This release significantly expands your data flexibility, refines your segmentation capabilities, and enhances the overall reliability of your Wondaris Customer Data Platform (CDP).

πŸ”₯ What’s new

  • Connect to Multiple Data Sources with "On Your Data" (OYD)

    • You can now connect to multiple sources within one data warehouse per account, enabling you to unify data from various sources seamlessly within Wondaris. This allows for a truly comprehensive view of your customer, no matter where their data resides.

    • This feature unlocks unprecedented flexibility for complex data environments, allowing you to easily switch between and analyse data from different source connection.

  • Segment Your Audiences by Enrichments

    • You can now filter your audiences and segments directly by enrichment in Explore. This powerful capability allows you to quickly define audience/segments used with highly targeted groups based on predictive insights (like pLTV or Propensity to Buy) or other enriched data points, driving more effective campaigns.

  • Advanced Event Relationship Modelling

    • We've introduced the ability to add multiple relationships for a single event table to a customer table within "On Your Data" (OYD). This greatly enhances your data modelling flexibility, allowing for more nuanced and accurate connections between customer and event data.

    • This improvement means richer behavioural insights and more precise segmentation capabilities from your event streams.

  • Refined RFM Bucket Configuration

    • Configuring your Recency, Frequency, and Monetary (RFM) buckets is now more intuitive with our updated UI. We've improved the number formatting displayed in the interface, making it easier to define and understand your customer segments.

  • Advanced Consent Management for Google Destinations

    • We've significantly enhanced the handling of consent fields for Google destinations like GMP Campaign Manager (Conversion API). You can now map static values to consent fields, providing greater flexibility in managing your data privacy requirements.

    • The activation mapping process has been updated to explicitly show and require the necessary consent fields, ensuring your data pushes are compliant and accurate.

πŸ”§ Fixes and Improvements

Improvements

  • Enhanced Data Quality with Deduplicated Event Sends: We've implemented robust batch flow tracking for event sends to prevent the sending of duplicated data to your destinations. This ensures higher data quality and more accurate reporting in your marketing channels.

  • Smoother Activation Mapping for Consent Fields: We've continued to refine the process of mapping static values to consent fields for Google destinations like GMP Campaign Manager (Conversion API) in Centralise, providing greater control and compliance. The required consent fields are now clearly highlighted, improving usability and reducing errors.

Fixes

  • Cross-Regional Compatibility for ML Models: Improvements have been made to ensure OYD enrichment models function correctly across different Google Cloud Platform regions between your MDP project and data warehouse project.

  • Resolved issues where Activation pushes were failing due to service availability or incorrect data mapping, especially when dealing with consent fields or static values.

  • Enhanced Security: Addressed issues related to sensitive information exposure via API endpoints and improved error message handling to reduce verbose output, contributing to a more secure platform.
