Note: This is a starting point, and specific fields may vary depending on your business needs. For the RFM trial, the event data is likely not needed - purely focus on Customer & Transactions.

Once you have configured Wondaris to access your data it will provide suggestions for the friendly name, description & metadata tag/s for each column in your data. Making sure these suggestions are accurate is an important step - to do this, follow the instructions below.

Configure RFM Model

Now that you've configured your data inside Wondaris, it’s time to create an RFM model - this is a simple step by step process that Wondaris walks you through.

Authorise a Destination

Before you can send your customer segment to your chosen DSP, you need to authorise Wondaris to send it there on your behalf.

Information about the various destinations (which may or may not be enabled in your account) can be found in our Destination Types official docs!

Create an Activation

We’re on the home stretch now! From the RFM model you just created, you can click on a segment in the chart and click the “Activate” button to start the activation flow; alternatively you can create a segment or audience first, then click “Create Activation” in the side bar.

It can take up to 72 hours for the list to be available to attach to a campaign in some DSPs, find out more on the official destination pages in our Wiki.
