This release of the Wondaris composable CDP focuses on enhancing your experience with On Your Data (OYD) connections, streamlining data management, and improving the overall stability and performance of the platform. We've also made some key improvements to audience and segment management, making it easier to work with your customer data.

🔥 What’s new

• Enhanced OYD Connectivity: We've significantly improved how you connect to your data warehouse (like Snowflake, BigQuery or Wondaris Centralise) in OYD mode. This includes:

  • Simplified BigQuery Connection: You now have the option to connect to BigQuery using a Wondaris service account, streamlining the setup process. You can still use your own key file if preferred.

  • More Flexible Customer Table Configuration: The "Location" selection for your Customer table in BigQuery has been moved to the configuration, providing greater flexibility.

  • Improved Data Loading in BigQuery: Data loading from BigQuery is now more efficient thanks to the use of Job IDs.

  • Centralise Integration Improvements: We've made several improvements to connecting to the Centralise platform including automatically linking Centralise accounts with Explore accounts, improving the connection UI and fixing issues with viewing data and creating segments/audiences.

• Streamlined OYD Mode Data Management: We've enhanced the Explore platform to give you more control over your data when in OYD mode:

  • Filter Mechanism Review: We've reviewed and refined the filter mechanisms in Explore and Event Sends to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This includes support for categorical fields and multiple event tables.

  • Support for Consent Rules when using BigQuery or Centralise: You can now implement consent rules directly within Wondaris, ensuring compliance and giving you greater control over your customer data.

• Enhanced Audience & Segment Management: We've made some key updates to how you work with audiences and segments:

  • Label Management Improvements: Adding and removing labels from audience/segment cards is now a smoother experience. You can also create and delete labels directly from the Activation Summary screen.

  • Label Syncing with Activations: Labels are now synced between segments/audiences and their associated activations. Adding or removing a label in one area will be reflected in the others.

  • Improved Audience Building: We've fixed issues related to building audiences, including support for aggregations in behaviour filters and resolving server errors.

  • Segment Intersection in OYD: You can now create audiences using "AND" segment intersections in OYD mode.

• Activation Enhancements: We've made some updates to Activation cards to improve usability.

• Usage Metrics Clarity: The "unlimited" display for Monthly Event Data Sends in the License section now accurately reflects the status when no limit is set.

• General UX Enhancements: We've made several UX improvements across the platform, including updates to Activation cards and the connection form UI.

• Data Accuracy: We've fixed an issue where the Total Customers and Total Unique Customers counts were not matching in Customer Data Statistics.

• Metadata Handling: We've improved metadata handling, including fixing issues with updating metadata and displaying field names.

• Label Management: We've made several fixes to label management, including issues with adding, removing, and searching for labels, as well as displaying label icons.

• Activation Label Display: We've fixed issues related to displaying activation labels, ensuring they are shown correctly in different contexts.

• OYD Connection Improvements: We've resolved several issues related to OYD connections, including data loading problems and UI inconsistencies.

• Event Send Filtering: We've fixed issues with filtering boolean fields in Event Sends.

• Audience/Segment Loading: Resolved issues causing data loading problems and preventing audience/segment cloning.

• Activation Push to LinkedIn Ads: Fixed an issue causing activation pushes to LinkedIn Ads to fail.

• Audience Detail View: Fixed an issue preventing users from viewing audience details in native MDP.

• Data Preview in OYD: Resolved issues causing errors when previewing data in Source connections, Audiences, and Segments in OYD.

• Activation Failures: Fixed issues causing activations to fail due to underlying data warehouse job timeouts.

• Centralise Connection UI: Fixed UI inconsistencies in the Centralise connection form.

• Other Minor Bug Fixes: We've also addressed several other minor bugs and issues to improve the overall user experience.
