Private beta feature Predicted Churn Enrichment
This model allows a marketing user to create and manage their own model based on their customer and behavioural data to predict the likelihood of churn for each of their customer.
Once the enrichment model has been created, trained, and evaluated to an acceptable level of confidence as defined by the user, it is available to create segments and audiences and activate these enriched audiences based on their predicted churn into their preferred marketing or customer experience destinations.
