Customer Data Statistics

Wondaris now makes available to our Explore users high level statistics on the customer data within Wondaris, showing its growth over time for total customers, unique customers and total events and shows when the customer data was last updated.

An overview of these Customer Data Statistics is available on your dashboard/home page.

Further Customer Data Statistics history and details are available by clicking View all Statistics or clicking on the Last Data Refresh link.

Audience and Segment Statistics

You now can view high level statistics showing the change in an Audience or Segment size over time.
The summary card shows the total number of customers within an audience, a sparkling graph showing the trend over time and the increase or decrease change as part of the last customer data update.

Further details of the audience or segment change over time are available in the details pop-up and the main audience or segment page.

Enable Last Destination Status in Activation Summary

This is to help you understand the status of the pushed data within the destination as most processing happens within the destination asynchronously after it has been successfully pushed to the destination and before it is available to use within the destination.

The new push status is currently available for the following destination types.
