bETA FEATURE Predicted LTV Enrichment
This model allows a marketing user to create and manage their own model based on their customer and behavioural data to predict the Life Time Value for each customer.
Once the enrichment model has been created, trained and evaluated to an acceptable level of confidence as defined by the user, the enrichment is available to create segments and audiences and to activate these enriched audiences based on their predicted LTV into their preferred marketing or customer experience destinations.

bETA FEATURE Automatically Evaluate and Retrain machine learning enrichment models
Wondaris will automatically evaluate all applied enrichment models after each CDP run to ensure the predictions are optimal. Wondaris will retrain an enrichment model when it does not meet the configured minimum threshold for each model and apply the best model available.
Email notifications will be sent when a new model is applied or a model has degraded and will be sent to all Wondaris users that depend on the enrichment model. This includes the user that created the enrichment model and any users that have created segments, audiences or activations that depend on the model.
The enrichment model and any related segments, audiences or activations will also be flagged in Wondaris with a warning that the enrichment model accuracy or confidence has degraded.
Please note: once an enrichment is applied it will continue to enrich customer data with predictions when the model has degraded in accuracy/confidence. This is to ensure any audience and activation dependencies do not break, the client can decide if they want to disable audiences and/or activations that depend on these enrichment models.
