Google Ad Manager 360

Overview

This connector sends your audience identifiers to Google Ad Manager 360 to append to first-party audience segments in Google Ad Manager.

Pre-requisites for using GAM 360 in Wondaris

The functionality in GAM 360 to enable Wondaris to batch upload identifiers to audience segments in GAM needs to be enabled by Google.

We recommend you set up a Google workspace group for Google Ads Manager 360 Batch Upload and ask Google to ensure this group can upload to the bucket setup for batch uploading.

This will mean that you do not need to continue to ask for Google support to manage access to the special GCP bucket for batch uploads to GAM 360, and you can manage access through the group membership.

If setting up the Google Workspace group, please add the following Wondaris service account to this group so that Wondaris can access and upload to the bucket. Otherwise, please ask your Google as part of the setup request to ensure this service account can write to the bucket.

Instruction: Using Wondaris

1. Go to Create Destination

2. Select the Google Ads Manager 360 destination type card

   Open

   

3. Fill in the Configuration screen:

   Open

   

   1. Name the connection

   2. Optionally add a description

   3. Enter the name of the bucket
      This would be the name of the bucket provided by your GAM Support/Account manager.

   4. Enter The Audience segment ID where you want to push data to

   5. Choose whether or not another user can override these settings when activating (Allow Override checkbox)

4. Click Create to save - now you can use this destination in activations!

Available Fields

Wondaris currently supports the following fields. Any newly added fields can be mapped manually when creating an activation.

• Publisher Provided Identifiers - Raw PPID

• Identifier for Advertising - Raw IDFA

• Android TV Identifiers - Raw AdID

• Roku Identifiers - Raw Roku ID

• Apple TV Identifiers - Raw tvOS ID

• Vizio Identifiers - Raw Vizio IFA

• Samsung Identifiers - Raw Samsung TIFA

Consent Requirements

You must ensure all audience members included in the activation have provided and granted the appropriate consent.

The following video shows the compliance requirements from Wondaris to ensure you comply with the Google Consent requirements and exclude all users/customers known to reside in the EEA and UK.
