Introducing the 1st in a series of machine learning (ML) based Enrichment models will dramatically improve the Marketing team’s ability to reach the right audience with the right marketing and messaging strategies. With the addition of these predictive capabilities, Marketers will be able to have a forward-looking perspective on their customer data!

BETA FEATURE Propensity to Buy Enrichment Model

The first Wondaris enrichment model powered by ML allows a marketing user to create their own propensity-to-buy model based on their customer and behavioural data to predict for each of their customers the likelihood to buy.

Once the model has been created, users can either build audiences or segments or activate the pre-configured segments immediately into their preferred marketing or customer experience destinations.

 

Please note users will have to contact their Customer Success Manger or their Implementation Partner to enable Enrichments on their Wondaris instance for it to be visible on the sidebar panel.
