Reauthorising Destinations
Sometimes an authorisation to a destination fails.
Wondaris checks the access to the destinations and tokens on a nightly basis, however this may not cover all cases. Third party systems change without notification and can sometimes user accounts within third party systems may have permissions remove.
If the Wondaris token checking mechanism discovers that it can no longer connect to a third party, then it will email the owner of the connection, put a notification in the platform notification drawer and put an error icon in the top right of the saved destination card.
To re-authorise, click the authorise link in the email or notification (this must be actioned by the owner of the destination).
If the icon is clicked by a user who is not the owner of the destination, a notification window will show who the owner is.
