Custom approved credentials for LinkedIn

In Wondaris, you can quickly create LinkedIn connection to push your audience to by using an existing a LinkedIn app or creating a new one.

Obtain Client ID & Client secret

• If you don’t have a LinkedIn app yet,

  • Go go the LinkedIn Developers website

  • Click My apps on the top menu

  • Click Create app

  • Fill out the Create An App form and click Create app

After successfully registering your application, you will find Client ID & Client secret in Auth tab

Copy the client ID and client secret into Wondaris setup auth app form:

• If you already have a LinkedIn app:

  • Go go the LinkedIn Developers website

  • Click My apps on the top menu

  • Select the app you want to use

  • In Auth tab, you will find Client ID & Client Secret in Application credentials section

Add redirect URL

In Auth tab of the App you want to use, you’ll find the Authorized redirect URLs for your app in OAuth 2.0 settings section. Click on edit (pencil icon), then click Add redirect URL. Fill in it with the redirect URL we provided in the Auth Setup form in Wondaris. Then click Update for the settings to take effect.
